Cancellation Policy

We are committed to meeting our clients' scheduling needs and providing flexibility. If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment or consistently reschedules with less than 24-hour notice, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be imposed. Additionally, for new clients booking appointments exceeding one hour, there will be a charge for the first appointment applied 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting and honoring our cancellation policy.
